It took me over half of my life to go from out of shape, overweight, and unhealthy, to the best shape of my life while creating the body of my dreams in the process! Over 200 people have gone through my program. Some even reversed many major health problems. We focus on your overall health and wellness journey including diet, exercise, and overcoming mental obstacles. I'm there for you along the way as your accountability and one way ticket to success. My wife and I work together to bring you the most seamless and simple program with guaranteed results.

A: A personal trainer focuses mainly on workouts. An accountability coach helps you with the bigger picture: fitness, nutrition, and daily habits. I combine both so you’ll get fitness guidance plus the structure, support, and accountability you need to finally reach your goals.

Q: How is your program different from a gym membership or class?
A: A gym gives you equipment. A class gives you a workout. What’s missing is accountability. My program makes sure you show up, stick to the plan, and see results. Whether that means losing 20 pounds, building muscle, or simply creating healthier habits.

Q: Do you offer online or in-person coaching?
A: Both. I work with clients locally here in Springfield, IL, and I also coach people virtually. That means you can get accountability and results no matter where you’re located.
