Our meal prep this week was pretty standard and simple but delicious!

Here is this weeks breakdown!










Breakfast: English Muffin, Egg Whites, 1 Whole Egg, Avocado, Pear


Lunch: Tikka Masala

Kenny- with Tofu

Olivia- with Chicken


Dinner: Chili with Sourdough


Desert: Oatmeal Chocolate chip cookies (with protein)


Snacks: Organic Apples, Protein Shake.
