October 28th-November 2nd Meal Prep


Happy Halloween Week!


Our meal prep this week was pretty standard and simple but delicious!

Here is this weeks breakdown!










Breakfast:

Kenny- Egg Whites and Oatmeal

Olivia- Protein Oatmeal with frozen blueberries.


Lunch:

Kenny- Grain Bowl (frozen broccoli, rice, lentils, beans, and air fried Tofu)

Olivia- Ground Turkey, roasted hot honey and sweat potatoes


Dinner: "Big Mac Salad"

Kenny- With Tofu

Olivia- With Ground Turkey


Snacks: Organic apples, nuts, Strawberries
